1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please note that during peak periods or special releases, processing times may take slightly longer than usual.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) via Toobah Naturals.ae and international destinations via Toobah Naturals.com. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Toobah Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Packaging & Handling

We carefully package all items, especially fragile pieces such as crystals, minerals, and antiques, to ensure safe delivery. We aim to use protective and environmentally conscious materials whenever possible.

8. Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Toobah Naturals is not responsible for any orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos (for damaged items) to info@toobahnaturals.com. We will review and offer a solution diligently and appropriately.
