1. Nature of the Products
  • Distinctive Items: Due to the unique and biological nature of items like fossils and seashells, no after-sales guarantee is available once the products are accepted.
  • Natural Variation: Crystals, minerals, and geodes possess inherent variations in color, structure, and internal matrix; these are not considered defects but signs of authenticity.
  • Vintage & Antiques: Antique and vintage products are sold in their “as-is” historical condition, which may include aged patinas or minor wear consistent with their era.
2. Damage Claims & Reporting
  • 72-Hour Window: Any transit damage must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
  • Transit Only: Refunds will not be granted for damages that occur outside of the transit process.
  • Evidence Required: To process a claim, provide an unboxing video and at least five photos/videos from different angles showing the damaged areas.
Tip: Keep the packaging until your claim is reviewed. Clear, well-lit images help speed up approval.
3. UAE Domestic Guarantee (Exclusive to UAE)
  • Free Returns: We offer free returns on domestic shipments within the UAE.
  • 100% Refund: Verified transit damage to products qualifies for a full 100% cash-back refund for UAE customers.
4. International Orders
  • Conditional Refunds: For global shipments, refund approval is not guaranteed and depends entirely upon the severity of the damage assessed from your provided media.
5. How to Claim Your Refund

Fill out the Customer Complaint Form, including bank account information, order/invoice number, or AWB number.

Send your unboxing video + five photos/videos from different angles showing the damage to our official email or WhatsApp.

Attach the completed form to your media submission for review.
